Ms. Vo Ha Duyen

Ms. Duyen has extensive experience in cross-border M&A and financing transactions in Vietnam, with a strong focus on the financial services, fintech, technology, regulated services, energy and infrastructure, and real estate sectors. With 20 years of practice in the Vietnamese market, she has consistently been recognized as a Leading Lawyer in Vietnam by IFLR1000 and Legal500 and as an Elite Practitioner by Asialaw.
She has been awarded Asialaw Vietnam Female Lawyer of the Year, ALB Asia Top 15 Female Lawyers, IFLR Asia Best Lawyers and IFLR1000 Women Leaders.
She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds an LL.M. from Temple University School of Law and a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
