Chairman, Gamuda Land Vietnam
Angus Liew is the Chairman of Vietnam Operations at Gamuda Land, where he oversees the company’s operations in the Vietnamese market. He brings a broad range of expertise in real estate development, covering engineering, construction management, master-planning, sales, and marketing.
Before assuming the role of Chairman in 2022, Angus was the General Director of Gamuda Land Vietnam. His tenure in Vietnam began in 2008, providing him with a deep understanding of the country’s cultural norms and pivotal business issues. Under his leadership, Gamuda Land has successfully developed major projects such as Celadon City in Ho Chi Minh City and Gamuda City in Hanoi, focusing on creating sustainable and holistic townships.
Mr. Liew is an alumnus of University of Melbourne, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons). He further advanced his academic credentials by obtaining a Master of Science from Heriot-Watt University. He has a Professional Engineer Membership with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), as well as the Institute of Engineers Malaysia.
