Douglas Jackson is the Managing Director and Head of Alvarez & Marsal’s Vietnam and Thailand offices. Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is the world’s leading and fastest growing bank and corporate restructuring and performance improvement specialist, providing a full range of services spanning business strategy, transactions, M&A finance and growth capital, largescale transformations, creditor and debtor advisory, asset dispositions, strategic tax, and disputes & investigations.
Prior to joining A&M, Douglas was the Managing Director and Founding Partner of The Boston Consulting Group’s Vietnam practice and served as Managing Director & Head of Global Group Strategy at Standard Chartered Bank. He brings deep expertise in business strategy, business model innovation, large-scale transformations, and risk management. He has focused on Vietnam for over 16 years.
