Binh is a dedicated and experienced advisor in M&A and strategy in Vietnam. She founded ASART and has led all aspects of the firm since 2017. She serves several leadership initiatives at AmCham Vietnam. She is a fellow at the Australia Vietnam Policy Institute and also a Advisory Board Member of the Australian Alumni Business Network and RMIT Vietnam Alumni Network.
For the last 17 years, Binh has been working with many prominent entrepreneurs, key stakeholders, and top executives of leading multinational and Vietnamese companies to deliver M&A transactions and strategic projects. She has a unique set of track records, experiences, and skills in M&A, finance, strategy, valuation, executive negotiations, due diligence, structure, commercial performance, accounting, tax, legal, family-owned businesses, advocacy, and market research. Her current work is the optimal combination of these areas with an emphasis on value creation and sustainable growth.
Binh has assisted and advised 250+ companies for 120+ projects from 15+ countries and 10+ industries, with a total value of USD4.5+ billion. Binh holds an MBA from Indiana University through a full-ride scholarship and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from RMIT University. Prior to ASART, she worked for KPMG, Lafarge, and Purdue University.
