Mr. Pham Duy Khuong
Pham Duy Khuong, the founder and Managing Partner of ASL LAW, is a highly respected legal expert in Vietnam, recognized by Legal500, ASIA LAW, ALB, IFLR, and WTR.
With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), franchise and intellectual property law, corporate law, and foreign investment consultancy. His expertise extends globally, providing legal advisory services to clients across Asia, Europe, and various other jurisdictions through an extensive international partner network.
In addition to his legal practice, Pham is actively involved in teaching at reputable universities and contributes to major legislative development projects.
